Store Credits
Overview
Store credits are monetary value held to your Visionary account to apply towards future products and services. We provide credits in the following circumstances;
Type | Description |
Product Return | We provide store credits for products that have been returned to us. Products are credited once successfully returned and screened by a Visionary staff member. Note: Please see specific return policies in our returns support category. |
Guardian Policy | We provide store credits for Guardian service claims as per our Guardian service policy. Please Visit our website support menu for specific documentation on our policy. |
Incorrect Charges | If, for some reason, we have accidently charged your account, we will apply a credit to the error value. |
Cashing out Credits
Provided the original invoice that the credited amount has been paid, you can request your credit to be returned to your designated bank account. To make a request, please email accounts@visionarytechnologies.co.nz with your credit note or credit note number, your bank account name, bank account number and the value of your credit you would like cashed out.
