Courier Shipping Times

Overview

Visionary uses a combination of freight services, depending on the type of freight and where it is travelling around New Zealand. A majority of our freight for smaller items such as recessed luminaires and small volumes of commercial freight are couriered using NZ Posts courier network. Bulk and palletized freight currently uses a combination of Mainfreight and toll, depending on which Visionary warehouse the product is being shipped from. Our courier services standards are listed below;

Freight Contact details 

When an order is shipped, you should be send tracking number/s for the products that have sent, as well as carrier and service standard information. Below are a list of useful contact details for our carriers to check the status of your package if something was to go wrong or if the package has fallen out of its service standards.
