Product Return Policies
Overview
The below table provides an indicative guide of Visionary policies for product returns. Please note: This guide does not replace Visionary Warranty and Terms of Trade policies.
Scenario | Visionary Policy |
Products are unused | Visionary will accept a product return with no restocking fee, provided the product is less than 3 months old and the product is in a new and unopened condition. A restocking fee may apply for product returns that are older than 3 months from the order placement date, or if the product is not in new condition. |
Products have been installed for less than 14 days | Visionary will accept a product return with a 30% refurbishment fee of the returned order total sales value to cover the cost of refurbishment, repackaging and the reduced sales value of a used product. Visionary will not accept products that have been damaged by the user or are returned in an unsellable condition. |
Products have been installed for more than 14 days | Visionary will typically not accept product returns under these circumstances. |
