Can Phoenix 2 Be Substituted For Phoenix 3?

Phoenix 2 and Phoenix 3 share a similar technology and processor topology and functionally work quite similarly. Due to the component upgrades and additional tweaks to the product design, Phoenix 3 boots up at a slightly different rate when compared with Phoenix 2. Dimming functions are also slightly different. 

It is not recommended to upgrade a Phoenix 3 driver on a circuit that also uses Phoenix 2 due to the slight discrepancies in their function. 

Phoenix 3 is recommended where all drivers are the same on circuit i.e All phoenix 3 drivers on one lighting circuit.
