Do tails come with each meter of strip?

No, wiring tails do not come with every metre of the strip light unless it is purchased as a service separately.

5-meter reels of the strip come standard with a wiring tail. 1-4 metre lengths do not come standard with wiring tails. 

i.e 1 wiring tail per 5m reel so if you order 5-9m, 1 tail will be included in the cost. In a  10-14 meter order, 2 tails would be included in the base cost.
