How do I determine what lighting technology I should use?
Our base technology is designed to provide high-quality colour rendering, where high-performance light output and high-quality colour is required. The technology should be used where an absolute perplexity for extremely high and accurate colour rendering is not required.
Studio technology should be selected when colour accuracy is of the highest importance. Applications such as art studios or where expensive components of homes or buildings are required to be illuminated with high accuracy are where studio technology is of the highest value.
Sleep technology is designed, primarily, to minimise the amount of blue HEV peaks that are present in the light spectrum. These, therefore, assist in reducing brain stimulation and are suitable for applications where an individual is interested in a less stimulating source of light, such as a bedroom or lounge space.
