Is the powder coating on the Wall Light suitable for exterior use?

The Visionary Wall Light uses a commercial grade exterior powder coat that has been used for years on other Visionary lighting products. Similar to the powder coast uses on aluminum joinery, it is designed to go the distance without cracking, blistering or flaking.
